Q: Are you by appointment only or can I walk in?
A: We are by appointment only. We see one bride at a time and like to respect her time with us. Therefore, it will make it very difficult for us to spend the time we want with you. Q: How long are the appointments?
A: We allow 1.5-2 hours for a wedding gown appointment . This allows time for any additional custom work. If you are wanting only a veil or custom accessory appointment, we allow 1 hour.

Q: What do I bring with me to my appointment?
A: Pictures are a plus! Also, you may want to consider a strapless bra. Panties are ALWAYS required.

Q: How many guests can I bring with me to my appointment?
A: Since we are an intimate space, we allow 3 additional guests. We are an ADULT environment only.  

Q: Do you special order any gowns?
A: We do NOT order any gowns. All of our gowns are sold on demand. Since many of our pieces are rare, one of a kind and not re-orderable we are not able to replace them.

Q: If I find a gown I love, will you hold it?
A: Unfortunately, we do not hold any merchandise. We are on a first come first serve basis. We highly recommend to purchase the gown you fall in love with before it is sold . 

Q: How long does it take to order a custom veil, sash or accessory?
A: Since all of our pieces are hand made and we are in great demand, we ask for you to allow 10-14 weeks. We do however take rush orders so always ask.

Q: Do I need my wedding gown to try on veils?
A: No, we have been creating veils and working with wedding gowns for over 20 years. We can work with a picture of your gown. You are more than welcome to bring your gown if you have it.

Q: Can I try on one of your gowns to select a veil?
A: No. Since we sell our gowns out of stock, we baby them and like to keep them in pristine condition.

Q: Do you restore vintage veils and gowns?
A: We restore vintage veils and will use elements from the heir loomed gown to create a new and fabulous veil for you to treasure forever! 

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash and Checks. Please keep in mind, if writing a check, we will ask you to pick-up your merchandise within 5 working days in order for the check to clear.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our salon, we will ask our guests to remove their shoes or boots during the snow season. Please feel free to bring slippers or fuzzy socks. It is important to us to keep our gowns in pristine condition.
